At Rural GroundGame, our mission is to develop and execute programs for the support, training, and development of rural Democratic candidates, campaigns, and committees, securing a deeper level of investment in and by Democrats in every zip code in order to get Democrats elected and uphold our shared values.
What we do
Rural GroundGame works with Democratic nominees, their campaigns, local committees, and volunteers to advance the values and platform of the Democratic Party with the unique characteristics and challenges of rural communities in mind. We provide a variety of services and support to meet the essential needs of campaigns and committees which include help with field, data, communications, political, finance, and operations.

Our work is a constant collaboration with the groups that we work with. From creating a targeted Field Plan with a candidate to working out a Communications calendar with a local Democratic committee, we ensure that our partners are fully bought into and can measure the success of our work together.

Candidates
Running to represent rural areas and districts
Campaigning in rural districts is hard. From lack of infrastructure to local capacity, campaigns and candidates face challenges that are unique to these areas. Rural GroundGame has been in these spaces, and knows how to work to achieve your goals.
Committees
Making change in their communities
For years, rural county and city committees have faced unique challenges that have left many without a clear heading and strategy. We partner with committees to help them set and achieve their own goals, continuing to wave the Democratic banner in every zip code.
Leaders
Seeking to improve the Democratic brand
When Democrats aren’t in the room, people get left out. With rural areas seeing decades of misinformation from TV and online outlets, we need to provide a counterargument for the Democratic platform. In many places, we are the first Democrats that people have actually spoken to—this gives us an incredible opportunity to rebuild the Democratic brand and strengthen our bench of activists, committee members, and future candidates.
